Staff Systems went in quick, it's great - we are getting all staff to update their compliance documentation now, I didn't realise who didn't have what. For example copy of licences on file or police checks were done for some and not others - we are getting it all together now and using the system to bring it together.

Staff Systems is going nicely, we have used a couple of the forms and altered for our use. The induction process in Staff Systems is being used now - and it makes starting new people really easy. Once we utilise it fully it will be really good. Having the system stops people being 'slap dash' about people management.

The reminders linked to outlook are great too - they remind me when probationary periods are due etc which is very helpful. I also particularly like the database as I can look at everyone's wage rates easily to check them. Editing the forms is easy, straight forward and simple. I think it's good.

Staff Systems is fantastic! Everything is right there where you need it you don't have to go searching, navigation is very easy. It gives you the steps when you need them through the great Wizard interface.

It is user friendly, and I particularly like the little reminders that it gives you from Outlook - really good to remind you when birthdays, reviews or certificates are due. I would recommend it, it’s great and simple!

We have used the templates from Staff Systems for interviews, they are a very useful tool, it added questions and enhanced what we had prepared for the interviews. The interviewer’s feedback was very positive too. This is the only thing we have been able to use it for to date (only had it 2 weeks) but we have a new person to put on so I will be utilising it to do all that paperwork.

Once everyone is set up it will be very easy to manage. Goodness, it will be a huge help to me. Everything is there and really accessible - it's all documented not just in one person's head - anyone can access the information at any time. Therefore it is a good system to have in.

Staff Systems works well, tasks like doing letters of offer it is fantastic for because you can just use one as a template and edit it - it just saves so much time.

It's good, I would definitely recommend it for other small businesses. It is easy to use, and navigate. Saves me time particularly in recruitment paperwork, and just knowing that you have all the legal documentation in there - that makes it fully compliant to legal requirements is a huge benefit.
