Belinda has had extensive experience in implementing new systems and improvements to work practices both internally and on a contract basis. With senior management experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing and local government, Belinda is known for creating positive change and results. The ability to make a difference has permeated Belinda’s career. Previously Belinda has been heavily involved in coaching and training, financial planning and forecasting, business strategy and direction setting. Belinda is always looking for a new challenge, where to best put her efforts to help achieve the outcomes businesses need. Belinda is also an Associate of Leadership at Work. Working on the premise that all people can learn leadership and management skills; Leadership at Work is built on the vision of ‘Positively shaping organisations and peoples work lives’. As such it has a practical, hands-on approach to equip participants with tools to take back to the workplace and implement immediately. Cate has gained extensive experience from owning her own businesses, to working within both small to medium size businesses and is a highly accountable professional. Cate’s experience has been within the agricultural, construction, retail, medical and mining industries. Working within these industries, Cate is very familiar with recruitment, staff training, all aspects of payroll requirements, safety and OHS legislation. With an ability to quickly build a strong rapport with all stakeholders, Cate is able to provide strategic advice to operational managers, provide direction for administrative functions of organizations and assist with developing positive company culture.
