Staff Systems is fantastic, it has all your HR needs covered all together. It's easy to use and get around, easy to understand, and great that you can modify documents. We have taken the documents that we needed straight away, and have used them for interviewing and appraisals, with the full database being entered at the moment.

Staff Systems went in quick, it's great - we are getting all staff to update their compliance documentation now, I didn't realise who didn't have what. For example copy of licences on file or police checks were done for some and not others - we are getting it all together now and using the system to bring it together.

Staff Systems is going nicely, we have used a couple of the forms and altered for our use. The induction process in Staff Systems is being used now - and it makes starting new people really easy. Once we utilise it fully it will be really good. Having the system stops people being 'slap dash' about people management.
The reminders linked to outlook are great too - they remind me when probationary periods are due etc which is very helpful. I also particularly like the database as I can look at everyone's wage rates easily to check them. Editing the forms is easy, straight forward and simple. I think it's good. Staff Systems has been marvellous way for us to streamline our Human Resources and compliance systems. It is easy to use, the wizards are particularly user friendly and the efficiency it has brought to our documentation is terrific.

We have been using Staff Systems for new staff members and it has been really good. It's easy to use, has everything you need, and it's just a matter of printing it out and you're there.

Staff Systems is fantastic! Everything is right there where you need it you don't have to go searching, navigation is very easy. It gives you the steps when you need them through the great Wizard interface.

We have used the templates from Staff Systems for interviews, they are a very useful tool, it added questions and enhanced what we had prepared for the interviews. The interviewer’s feedback was very positive too. This is the only thing we have been able to use it for to date (only had it 2 weeks) but we have a new person to put on so I will be utilising it to do all that paperwork.
Once everyone is set up it will be very easy to manage. Goodness, it will be a huge help to me. Everything is there and really accessible - it's all documented not just in one person's head - anyone can access the information at any time. Therefore it is a good system to have in.
